We are a middle age couple: David is a Clinical Psychologist and Erin is a Social Worker and Yoga Instructor. We are interested in meditation, keeping fit and healthy, gardening, reading and history.

Our property is in a leafy suburb of Perth. We have a two storey, renovated house with a swimming pool and lush gardens. There are bedrooms upstairs and downstairs for summer and winter sleeping, plus reverse cycle heating and cooling. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. The house is very comfortable to live in.

Lots of parks and green spaces. The glorious Swan River is an easy walk, as is Kings Park (the major public park in Perth, glorious in winter and spring). The sunny beaches of Perth are about a ten minute drive from our house. The Perth Hills, about a forty minute drive, have lots of lovely walking opportunities in the spring, autumn and winter.
