Hi! We are a family of 4. My husband and I are both young professionals (I'm an ex-banking lawyer working for a not for profit medical research institute, and my husband is an oncologist). Our kids are 4 and 2. We recently moved from Sydney to Perth and miss our East Coast home immensely. Our home is in heart of Perth. As we recently bought it following the move, we are continuing to add our quirks to the house. It's a 1910s workers cottage with 1970s open-plan extension. The bathroom was renovated in 2022. It's bare (style-wise) but it has all the essentials, including 55inch smart TV, Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine, double-oven Falcon stove, and a Dutch cargo ebike! The best thing about the house is location. While it's close to CBD, the suburb is a true village. Our home is 10mins walk to train (Fremantle line) and bus (including the free CAT bus), walkable to Kings Park, and a block away from local lake and playground, and 10mins drive to the beach. The suburb itself has a shopping village, renowned cafe and pilates classes... We do have an adult chocolate Labrador Charli, who is a retired breeding dog. She's the world's gentlest do, so you're very welcome to have her or we can arrange her to be away (our neighbours fight to dog sit Charli). Any questions, please feel free to ask!

It's a single storey brick home with open living at rear. There is access to lane way and a driveway out front, however you can easily find parking on street as well.
We have a regular housekeeper and gardner so you don't need to do much while you're here.

The house also has an ensuite but the shower is leaking so we don't use it and needs to be renovated when kids are older!
