2 adults, 4 kids and 2 big ones that come and visit. We live a nice and simple lifestyle, we love to swim and cycle. Our weekends usually consist of a walk through kings park to get the kids up and moving, followed by a trip on the bikes to the local farmers market.

Family friendly home, 4x1 in a beautiful leafy street in Subiaco.
We are long term private renters- this beautiful old gem is gorgeous but a little neglected with maintenance - what does this mean for you ? it's a good house for families to stay in! no need to panic - the walls are marked, the floor boards are scratched - We absolutely love our home and our neighbors and very much hope you will enjoy staying here without the stress and worry of a precious home.
Air con to the main lounge - on really hot days, we let the kids drag their mattresses into our space to sleep to stay cool. High ceilings throughotu, fans in each room, bunk beds in kids room, and one spare room with a queen bed- we can sleep 8 comfortably.
This is a family friendly home, complete with silks hanging from the tree to play in, with a community table out the front to enjoy a wine with the neighbours.
fantastic location, one street away from multiple cafes and walking distance to town. Bus stops very close, kings park on your doorstep.
