I am recently retired. Fit and healthy wanting to make the most of not having to fit in life around work any longer and hoping to see the many wonderful places in Australia and the wider world. I enjoy exploring new places, urban, country and remote, on foot or otherwise. Happy to look after your home whilst you enjoy mine. I am interested in stays of 2 weeks to 3 months or longer.

The House

My apartment is on the first floor of a small secure complex of 11 apartments. It's rooms are large and complimented by an outside private balcony. It is centrally located for restaurants, shopping, city theatres, entertainment, the city, public transport and is only 900 metres from the Swan River and 2.5kms to the beaches of Perth. Easy living and well suited for lockup if you want to venture for short stays elsewhere in WA inclusive inclusive of the the wonderful South West of our state.

Easy walking distance to the Swan River and Kings Park.
Less than 3kms from Cottosloe and Scarborough beach
Private and secure access inclusive of basement parking.
Easy to lock and leave when I want to travel elsewhere for a short stay.
Wonderful walks, urban and national parks in all directions within a 40 minute drive.
