Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in LEEDERVILLE, PERTH, WA
We are a couple in our 30s who work remote/contractor. We are looking to spend 3-4 months in New Zealand from September 2025 onwards. We are flexible with location but would prefer a longer stay (2 months+) so that we can really settle in and explore the area. We love hiking (tramping), camping, surfing and all things outdoors. We are very clean and respectful in other peoples homes and would expect the same in return.

- Lots of houseplants and greenery.
The house is most suited to a couple or single person. There are also 1-2 cars available that we could discuss swapping.
