I am a hospital administrator and my partner Dan is a registered nurse. We work part time in the local hospital Emergency Department. We both enjoy travelling and with our wings clipped a little due to Covid we are having a wonderful time exploring Australia. We also enjoy motorcycle riding, growing some of our produce, reading and cooking.

Situated within a small, well kept complex (mostly owner occupied) with a lap pool, spa and communal gardens.
1 x queen master bedroom with ensuite and 2 x queen bedrooms, living and sitting room. Fully airconditioned, except bedroom 3. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Bedrooms & bathrooms are upstairs. 2.5 bathrooms.
Toilet downstairs. Small private garden with outdoor sitting area and mature vegetable & herb gardens.
Walking distance to Robina Town Centre, 2nd biggest shopping centre on the Gold Coast. Library, bowling, golf, hospital and train station with a very short walk. Best coffee in Robina in located just outside the complex gates. 15 minutes drive to great beaches. 25 minutes drive to theme parks. Prefer couples or families with older children. Sorry no animals allowed. I have been an Airbnb host for years, many reviews on that site.

Quiet suburban area. Good mix of young couples, families and 50+.
Robina has everything you will need, except the beaches and boating. Lakes where you can fish, many golf courses within 10 minute drive, hiking in the hinterland, across the road is a walking path by lake. Weekend market. Theme parks are a 20 minute drive. Beaches 15 minute drive. Nightlife 12 minute drive, although various taverns and The Pavillion stays open late and is 5 minutes away.
