We are a retired couple who have travelled extensively around the country in our caravan and are keen to continue to do so via house swap. We are active types who take advantage of our location to the beach and cycle tracks around our area. We are fortunate enough to live on the Broadbeach canal system were we kayak regularly. We love to garden and have a small but green filled space around our duplex. we also fill our time with some community volunteering when not travelling . We can organise to go away in our caravan to accommodate non simultaneous swaps.

We are in a single level duplex. We own both units on the property . It's a corner block and has very separate private entrances. It has security gates and external cameras with a green under cover outdoor space . We back onto the Broadbeach canal system which is tidal but it is not fenced . It is convenient for people who have mobility issues.
