We have a town house in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast. It is modern with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. It is 3 bedrooms, two upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs with its own ensuite. Mermaid Waters is a prime location, we are 10 minute walk from Pacific Fair and 5 minute drive to Mermaid Beach. Broadbeach is only 10 minutes up the road which offers an array of restaurants and shops. The master bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed and a little deck that overlooks the gardens. The second bedroom is a nursery but we have a queensize inflatable mattress's that would easily fit. The downstairs bedroom is a converted office and spare room with a queen size Kola pull out bed and has its own ensuite. The bathroom upstairs has just been renovated and has a gorgeous bath tub with a spa vibe.

We are a family of three. My partner Jaya and my baby boy Wilfred.
Our home is a peacful and magical Mermaid Villa. Newly renovated, beautifully designed and in the heart of Gold Coast. We live in a culde sac in the suburb of Mermaid Waters. The town house is spacious, with a wide open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. It is split level, upstairs are two bedrooms, the master and a nursery. We have a downstairs garage that has been converted into a study and bedroom which has a seperate bathroom for guests. The pull out sofa is brand new, a queen size koala and very comfortable.
Gold coast is a bustling city offering night life, beach chills, lots of hikes or water sports. We have everything on our door step being so close to the main tourist areas, Pacific Fair, Broadbeach and the major theme parks.
We have two non shed Spookaliers, if the house swap is QLD or NSW we would prefer to take them with us, if you have a pet your welcome to bring them here with approval. If we were to house swap internationally or interstate they would require care but are very low maintenance boys and you will be sure to have lots of cuddles.
