We are a married couple, who have been retired several years. In our working lives my wife was an accountant, and I ran a home maintenance business. Our interests include surfing, swimming, music, walking and keeping fit. We both love the outdoors and exploring new places. We are non-smokers who rarely drink, and enjoy peace and quiet.

Our duplex is a single storey, which gets great light and airflow.
It features a good sized, fully equipped kitchen, large dining and separate living area.
There are 2 bedrooms, main with a queen bed and 2nd bedroom with a double bed. There is also a small separate study/office. There is a great WIFI signal, but not provided.
The yard is fully fenced and has a small raised vegie garden bed.
There is a covered patio at the rear, with undercover parking for 1 car.
