Our house is set on the hillside with lovely views over Avalon and the ocean in the distance, it is a short stroll to Avalon village and the beach. It has been recently renovated and has a nice relaxing feel where you can enjoy the sunny balcony with regular visits from the local wildlife. There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite .Bedroom 2 with double bed . Bedroom 3 with double loft bed plus king single . Downstairs is a fully self contained garden apartment with a King bed , kitchen and bathroom. BBQ, lounges and a relaxing hammock. A cubby house and large trampoline for kids to enjoy. We are situated on the Pittwater Peninsula where there are many waterways to explore, from famous surf beaches to calm bays which are perfect for little kids. There is a bus service (a few minutes walk to bus stop) with direct access to Manly and Sydney City centre where you can enjoy all that the harbour city has to offer. The peninsula has many attractions to enjoy from world renowned restaurants, cafes galore, live music venues, waterfront golf courses, coastal /bush walking, catch a ferry to the beautiful Central Coast or Hawkesbury River... We are keen animal lovers and are happy to look after your treasured pets if required. Easy access from car to entrance.
