We are a semi retired professional couple, who love travel and family, wanting to explore a variety of places and visit our adult children and grandchildren in Melbourne Sydney (Mosman) and Hawkes BayNZ. We can be flexible with dates and have loved house swapping. We take great pride in our lovely house it is very clean minimalist and tidy and we would look after yours the same way. 2015 planning extended trip to Europe.

Minutes from Merimbula it is a two bedroom/duplex town house with two bathrooms, open plan lounge dining opening onto balcony facing north with breathtaking views of the surf breaking on Tura Beach and golf course from balcony lounge/dining and Master bedroom. It is a truly spectacular site and you can watch the migrating whales both south and north from the balcony!

The renowned Merimbula Boardwalk skirts the northern shores of the Top Lake section of Merimbula Lake and is a 3.5km stunning trip, with great wildlife experiences on the way. Merimbula has two great golf courses and plenty of eating opportunities.
