We are a busy and active retired couple. We moved to the beautiful Gold Coast to enjoy the beaches, golf courses and hinterland bush walks, to name just a few of the wonderful features of this region. Peter is a keen golfer, and both of us enjoy bush walking and getting out in the open air. We have family in the Central Coast of NSW and in London. We are keen to travel to NSW and also to Scotland.

Our home is a spacious, modern townhouse in a quiet gated community with a lovely view of water from the back. Downstairs is open plan with high ceilings and tile floors and the north/south orientation keeps it cool in summer. We have a small office and a courtyard downstairs, besides the living areas and kitchen that can be seen from our photos. There is also a separate toilet downstairs.
Our home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning which means it can be at a comfortable temperature year round. Upstairs, we have three bedrooms. The main bedroom is quite large, has its own balcony with views across the small lake, and a large ensuite bathroom with a spa bath, with a king size bed. There is another bathroom for the two other bedrooms, one of which has a queen size bed and the other two king single beds. We also have two king single self-inflating mattresses available.
Inside the complex is the community recreation area, comprising a heated lap pool, another smaller pool, spa, gym, sauna and bbq in leafy grounds. Visitors have full use of these facilities.

We are within easy walking distance of Robina Town Centre, a major shopping centre with shops, restaurants, cinemas and a bowling alley. The library, railway station, bus transport, hospital and rugby league stadium are also within walking distance.
Our beautiful Gold Coast beaches are just a 15 minute drive away. Three major golf courses are 5 mins away, and the AFL stadium a short drive. Jupiters Casino is a short drive away, as are many other Gold Coast attractions. We are within easy driving distance of Sea World, Dreamworld, Movie World.
Rainforest national parks and beautiful northern NSW are within easy reach. It is only a 45 minute drive to Byron Bay. The Gold Coast airport is 20 mins away and we are 82 kms from Brisbane.

Had such a lovely stay at Peter and Linda's place. Quiet, lovely patio area to relax by. I enjoyed the local restaurants and a morning coffee in the Robina Town Centre so close by.

We had a wonderful Christmas/New Year swap with Peter and Linda at their lovely house in Robina. The house was a relaxing retreat, with a pool in the community area and the beaches a short drive away. Peter and Linda set up all the details for the house swap and made it a very easy and enjoyable holiday. They looked after our place and our cats very well. Thank you!
