The House

Timber house with lots of glass with forest and mountain views, in a private position on 1.5 acre plot adjacent to Glasshouse Mountains national park. Master bedroom has mountain view and ensuite.2bedrooms and a study. 2 verandahs suitable for outside dining.

The things we love about living here

  • The peace and tranquillity that our home and paths through our forest give us. Lots of native wildlife to enjoy. The views of the mountains. One of our swaps made the comment it is like having a holiday in Bali without the beach.

The Location

The Location

We live adjacent to Glasshouse Mountains National Parks, so, many delightful bush walks in the area.Our local village has an IGA, doctor, pharmacy, tavern, butcher, baker etc. It is only a 30minute drive to surf beaches on the sunshine coast. The hinterland area of Maleny is 30 minutes away so beautiful views of the coast from the mountains and lots of interesting restaurants and craft shops. A train to Brisbane can be caught at GHM station. Australia Zoo is 10 minutes away. Bribie Island with it`s white sand beaches is 35 minutes away, great place to picnic or walk along the foreshore.
