We’re a family of four from beautiful Tasmania with a love for travel and adventure! I’m Felicity, a lawyer, and my husband Adam is a builder who has crafted some incredible homes for our family over the years. We have two wonderful children - Cate, our bright and bubbly 8-year-old, and Billy, our sweet and curious little 3-year-old. Rounding out our crew is our much-loved miniature Groodle, who is part of the family. We typically enjoy trips of 2–4 weeks but are planning a special long-service leave adventure, spending four months exploring Queensland from October 2026. We take great pride in our home and would treat yours with the same care and respect as our own. We’d love the opportunity to connect and make a house swap work for both of us!

Our home is a beautifully designed, Hamptons-inspired retreat, built just two years ago. Tucked away behind an internal driveway, it offers complete privacy while still being just a 5-minute drive (or a scenic 20-minute walk) from the heart of Launceston.
The white weatherboard exterior gives way to a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, seamlessly extending onto two expansive decks - perfect for enjoying breathtaking mountain views. One of the decks features an electric roof that can be opened or closed to suit the weather, along with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, making it ideal for alfresco dining and entertaining.
Inside, the kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a butler’s pantry that boasts its own sink and second dishwasher, perfect for effortless hosting. The 10-seater dining table is ready for memorable gatherings.
Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, including a resort-style master suite with a luxurious ensuite. There’s also a dedicated toy room - a perfect breakout space for the children - equipped with its own wall-mounted television. Downstairs, a fully self-contained fourth bedroom with an office, kitchenette, and ensuite offers a private retreat.
For year-round comfort, the home features a zoned ducted heating and cooling system, plus underfloor heating in all three bathrooms. The internal driveway isn’t just great for privacy, it’s also a favourite spot for the kids to shoot hoops and play basketball.
Located close to fantastic local cafes and schools, our home is the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience.
