We live in a residential area close to many shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Within a short walk away from the house you can find three different butcher shops, two fishmongers, greengrocers and small supermarkets, several pubs and a range of other small businesses.

There is an underground station at the bottom of our street which will take you to the West End theatre district in about 20 minutes.
Local attractions include Highgate Cemetery with it's Gothic catacombs and graves of many well known people including Karl Marx.
We are close to Hampstead Heath where you can walk over to Hampstead village and enjoy views of London along the way from the top of Parliament Hill.
On the Heath there is a public, open air Lido for swimming or if you wish, you can swim in the middle of nature at Highgate ponds (one mixed, one ladies only and one men's).
We do have a car but it is possible to manage without as we are so close to public transport.
