Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Newbury, Berkshire
We are a retired couple with a daughter, her partner and their two young children. We are all moving over to Perth towards the end of the year and thought rather than rent/buy a property straight away it would be a good idea to house swap as it takes the stress out of selling two houses at the same time. We are looking for a 9/12 month swap.

3 bedroom townhouse on the prestigious Newbury racecourse. We overlook ‘The Straight’ part of the racecourse where some 6 furlong races start. The house consists of a single garage with utility area, kitchen/diner and cloakroom on the ground floor. The 1st floor has the lounge with patio doors and balcony overlooking the racecourse, a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and the family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The top floor has two more double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and one with an en-suite shower room. We have a small back garden with patio furniture that backs onto the racecourse with access from the garden.
