We are located a stone's throw from the Barossa Valley, a stunning wine region. It's 10 mins up the road to the Barossa. Gawler is South Australia's oldest country town.
It's also only 45 mins to the center of Adelaide by car, or 50mins by train.
Adelaide is the city of festivals and was voted the most livable city in Australia in 2020.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, two have queen size beds in them and the 3rd bedroom is set up as an office.
We have a good sized kitchen with modern appliances, dishwasher, air fryer, stand mixer etc.
Then we also have 2 living rooms, one that has 2 sofas and a music system has a wood burning stove and the 2nd living area has a tv, a bed sofa, and two armchairs as well as a 6 seater dining table.
We have fans in all the rooms, except the bathroom and toilet, and there is also ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
The garden has a number of fruit trees, plum, peach, pomegranate cherry, orange, lemon, mandarin, apple and quince, and raised veggie beds as well as a heated 7 metre pool.

Victor Harbour & Clare Valley are easy day trips as are the Flinders Ranges.
Bikes can be hired from the Gawler Visitor Information Centre and there is a bike path all the way to Tanunda. Tanunda is a very pretty town in the Barossa.
