We are trustworthy and honest, and tread gently on the earth. We’re new to Aussiehomeswap, however have done swaps in the distant past, including 6 months to the UK.

Nice suburban home across the road from a seasonal river, lots of greenery both in the garden and opposite, Close to historic Guildford (WA) and the delightful Swan Valley.
We’re offering two bedrooms and one bathroom from our home, along with all the living spaces of course, and will keep our private space (extra bedroom and bathroom) intact.
We’re a five to ten minute walk to a local pub, same to a small shopping centre, and ten minutes to a train station that will take you directly to Perth CBD.
What we like about living here is the access to walking along the river, the wide range of services nearby, and close proximity to the gorgeous Swan Valley and all its wineries and restaurants. The house and garden are low maintenance,
