Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Coffs Harbour , Diggers Beach, NSW
We are a retired couple (an ex teacher and an ex chef) who have 3 adult children who have all left home. Our two sons live nearby in Coffs Harbour and our daughter lives in Hobart. My elderly mother lives in a retirement home in Narrabeen, Sydney and we like to visit her often. We enjoy the beach, the bush and our garden. We have a friendly cat who unfortunately doesn't like to share his house with other pets. He mostly lives outside but likes lots of cuddles.

The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac at Diggers Beach just a few kilometres north of Coffs Harbour. It's a single story house that is open plan and has 3 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two recently renovated bathrooms. Wooden bi-fold doors open onto a very large timber entertaining deck and a beautiful inground saltwater pool. The house is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and backs onto a reserve so is very private. We are 8 min walk from the best surfing beach in Coffs Harbour and a 5 min drive from the shops.
