Our house is one level with 1 master bedroom ( king bed ) plus ensuite and 2 other bedrooms with queen beds and seperate bathroom plus powder room. Family room with tv and seperate media room with tv.
Fully ducted air conditioning and beautiful lagoon style pool with robotic cleaner and serviced monthly.
Small front garden within secure fencing within a quiet street 5 minutes to local beach and coffee shop.
