We are a mature and active couple who enjoy our urban coastal lifestyle mixed with travel. We are avid readers and enjoy regular gallery and cinema visits. We do not have a tinny and he doesn't fish. We enjoy outdoor activities and we are now driving our third campervan (Sylvia). So we do get around.

Our home is a modest eclectic place in one of Ballina's lanes. It has a small subtropical garden front and back. A relaxed courtyard out the back with outdoor furniture. You will enjoy our modern kitchen and easy care home. There are fans in the main bedroom and lounge, also air conditioning. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the second toilet is separate from the main bathroom.

Carved by the Richmond River and North Creek, this relaxed coastal town on the Far North Coast of NSW is the appealing union of long, uncrowded beaches, tidal bays, fertile valleys and a forward-thinking food scene. We are located on Ballina Island a moment's walk to the Richmond River and Ballina Spit (the local dog walking beach). Ten minutes along a gorgeous coastal drive is the busy village of Lennox Head. A further 20 minutes and you arrive at Byron Bay.
