Happy 2025! One Aussie one American couple in our 50s looking to travel the world. We both work from our laptop (in financial and medical fields) so we just need good Wi-Fi and have an open mind to swap anywhere. We focus on a healthy lifestyle and stay active. Our apartment in Sydney is very comfortable and extremely convenient. We tend to prefer beach and city locations. We are open to short-term or long term depending on the situation. We are very respectful and have no pets, no kids and we are non smokers. If we swap within Australia or New Zealand we will need Wi-Fi to work and can typically go with short notice. If we swap elsewhere in the world we will be on holidays and need a bit more notice to coordinate our time off work.

Fantastic secure building city apartment, walk to everything! Train is also at your doorstep. Building has gym and indoor pool. Restaurants and bars in neighborhood. 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom, one is set up as home office. High speed wifi for work. Balcony with gas grill and city view. New King size bed and car spot. Next to Star Casino in great Pyrmont neighborhood.
