We are in our mid thirties and have a baby boy Max born in November 2024. Tess is a environmental superintendent and Scott marine engineer. Max is a relaxed baby and not on the move for a few more months. We would love to house swap in North West in particular Broome or Kununurra, South West WA or Melbourne.

Welcome to our Coolbellup home, nestled between Bibra Lake and Fremantle!
Built in the 1960s, our charming house offers:
• 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom—great for small families or a couple.
• A large backyard with space for kids and a BBQ area for relaxing afternoons.
• Surrounded by trees, opposite a park, and a front native garden full of birds.
We’re just 10 minutes from Fremantle’s beaches, cafes, and markets, and 20 minutes from Perth’s city center. Nearby attractions include Bibra Lake, Adventure World, and the Ice Skating Rink—all within walking or biking distance.
We’re happy to include a car swap and tickets to a West Coast Eagles game for fans!
Currently on maternity leave for 12 months with myself a environmental superintendent and husband marine engineer.
We are originally from Broome and Melbourne, we’d love to house swap in either of these destinations or explore other exciting locations for a getaway this year.
