We are a family of 7 living in the suburb of High Wycombe in Perth, Western Australia. Gen is a registered nurse and Jurgen is an engineering manager. We have an adult son and 4 other children ranging from 8 - 16 years. The children are all very gentle, quiet , well behaved children who will be very respectful of anyone's space. We are all animal lovers and currently have a cute 2 year old cavoodle, 2 cats and fish. We absolutely love to travel and would love the opportunity to do some simultaneous swaps with anyone who is interested in seeing Perth. We are unfortunately limited to travelling only within WA school holidays. Although we have not done a houseswap before, Gen has done housesitting assignments previously and could provide references.

We have a clean and spacious 2 story house in a quiet street. There are 5 bedrooms plus a toy room, office room, dining area and family room. We have a pool and a spacious backyard. In the backyard there is a outdoor patio area and upstairs there are 2 balconies, one overlooking the backyard and the other overlooking a park that is across the road from us. We have a lot of bird life that frequents our area. We would be open to car swapping and have a 5 seater car and an 8 seater car.

We have a 2 year old Cavoodle who would require some car, and 2 cats who require twice daily feeding. We also have low maintenance fish in an outdoor pond who would just require weekly food.

Within the shire of Kalamunda, which is approximately 30 minutes from the Perth CBD. The shire offers a mix of natural bushland, wildflowers, waterways, vineyards, fabulous views, galleries, restaurants & cafés and more. Our house is in a quiet suburban street with a shady park and tennis opposite us. There is a trainline within our suburb which goes directly to Perth Airport and also into the CBD. Buses are also within walking distance.
