Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Ballajura, Edge of the Swan Valley , WA
We live in Ballajura (Perth) on tbr edge of the Swan Valley. Our house is a 5 x 2. The main bedroom has an onsuite and a parents retreat which is a little cluttered at the moment. We have a second lounge room with a TV and a treadmill. There is a games room for the kids. We have a salt water pool and some admittedly old swings. Ducted air con plus fans or individual split systems in all rooms. The third bedroom can be used for 2 adults or 2 children as it has a queen bed. The other kids room has a bunk bed for 2 kids. Easy access to the second bathroom and toilet from the kids rooms. We have a very well-stocked library and craft room for your creative pursuits. We also have a 7 year old staffy named Buu who just loves new people. Swappers will either need to look after her or have a house with a good fence for us. Please note that some carpets and lounges will be cleaned before swap and I'll do my best to sell some of the clutter (pictured, in games room). Main TV has fox, Netflix and Prime, second TV has Netflix. Buses go down our street to take you to Ballajura station then onto the city if you desire, or is only a 5 minute drive away. Anything else, please ask.
