Beth & Steve - we are a retired couple who have lived in this area for over 30 years. I had a career in government and Steve with a national charitable foundation. We are your typical relaxed Aussies with a passion for exploring new places. While we absolutely love living on the Sunshine Coast, we want to explore new places at a slower pace now that we have all the time in the world. Steve has a small, but flourishing, tropical garden and we both take great pride in our home. We spent several years prior to Covid doing a number of house sits, so we recognise the trust involved in living in someone else's home.

Relaxed coastal home with gorgeous swimming pool on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, just minutes from stunning beaches, cafes, restaurants and shopping. One level living with no stairs.
Our home has 3 furnished bedrooms and a dedicated office space; sunny living room and kitchen area opening out onto outdoor dining overlooking a beautiful swimming pool and gardens. The swimming pool is fully fenced and has a sitting area with two comfortable sun lounges and umbrella.
There is a separate media room with a 55" smart TV if you want some quiet time. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with twin sinks, toilet and large shower. Guest bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, guest bedroom #2 has a single bed. The family bathroom has a shower and bathtub and separate toilet.
Ducted air conditioning throughout the house and fans in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, lots of appliances such as air fryer, blender etc. Separate laundry with large capacity front loading washing machine and clothes dryer. Second drinks fridge in the double garage.
Unlimited wifi throughout the house and Netflix on both large TV's.
As our home is set up for two retirees, it isn't child-friendly for young children. Older children welcome.

The Sunshine Coast is blessed with some of the best beaches for surfing and swimming in Australia and Peregian Springs is centrally located with short drives to almost everything there is to see.
Stroll down famous Hastings Steet, only 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes on our 50c bus. Enjoy sunset cocktails overlooking Laguna Bay or surf Noosa's National Park breaks.
Peregian Beach is only 6 minutes away and has local markets twice per month on the beach front. Browse the gorgeous homewares and clothes shops, dine at some of the best restaurants in the village.
Coolum Beach has a traditional Aussie beach vibe with the Surf Club overlooking the waves (great food too!), lots of local shops and cafes.
Don't miss out on seeing the beautiful hinterland regions with stunning views, rainforest walks, waterfalls and art galleries.
Australia Zoo is only about 50 minutes away and Brisbane can be reached in approx. 90 minutes. North of here is the famous K'Gari (Fraser Island), historical gold mining town of Gympie and the dolphins of Tin Can Bay.
