A modest but splendidly located and elevated cottage in the sought-after village of Pearl Beach. Up a driveway and some steps but the climb is rewarded by bush views, a northerly and light-bathed aspect and a huge deck for entertaining and relaxing. The house features recent renovations, modern kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms each with a queen bed. It has aircon, wifi, TV with multiple streaming options, dishwasher, induction cooktop. Though the cottage is not large the deck is as big as the house and offers additional living space.
