We are an adventurous family of 4. We love to travel and explore new places. We are originally from the Northern Beaches Sydney and have moved to Tasmania in 2017 to build accomodation 'The Derby Lodge' and started a bike shop 'Evolution Biking'. We would love to offer our Lodge and our home for exchange and excited to see where this may take us. We have spent 4 years living in BC Canada and we love to ski as a family. Were open to all kinds of exchanges and happy to help with pets. Look forward to hearing for you!

Newly built home, set up to accomodate a large group, this home sleeps 9 in 3 bedrooms. Has 2 seperate living areas both with Tvs and views of the mountains and valley. Room for the kids to play in one and adults to have some time to themselves. A large kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Central hydronic heating throughout , under floor tile heating in the bathrooms and a cosy log wood heater to keep you warm in the cooler months. A short 2 minute walk into town where you will find, cafes, restaurants, pizza shop, bike shops with bike hire and more. Lake Derby is a short 10 minute stroll away where you can swim, fish for trout, or book a very popular 'Floating Sauna' experience. The 'Blue Derby' mountain biking trail network at your doorstep. Stunning Tassie temperate rainforest to walk, bike and explore the cleanest air in the world!
