House Swap with me

I am a semi-retired teacher who loves to travel regularly. I've been an AirBnB guest and host for 10+ years but am new to house swap. Ideally I'm hoping to find semi-regular swaps with people who have moved for a sea or tree change, but who like to visit Sydney. I would also love to swap London for Sydney as I have family there. I don't have a pet at the moment so no pet care involved.

The House

The house is a comfortable heritage house in a great location in Bronte with a nice sunny backyard and a carport for a small car. It's a ten walk to Bronte beach, and close to lovely coastal walks to Bondi or Coogee. Shops, cafes and Woolworths are around the corner.

The things I love about living here

  • Bronte is considered one of the best suburbs in Sydney for a reason.
  • - It's on the coast but close to the city.
  • - There are several great beaches and parks nearby.
  • - It's very liveable with local cafes and shops.
  • - Easy transport to Bondi Junction and the city.
  • - Easy to get to Sydney’s major attractions
  • - Near Centennial Park
  • - Near Kamay Botany Bay National Park/La Perouse

I have known most of my neighbours for over 25 years - which says something about this area. It is a great area to live in because there are beaches and parks everywhere, but you also have the convenience of being in the city. Woolworths metro, cafes, and bus stop are around the corner. There is easy access to the city by bus and train.
