Sunny spacious 3br apartment with views of Sydney Harbour from all windows. On the 17th floor and faces north and west with 2 balconies. Timber floors, white walls and decor in good condition but not newly renovated.
Work is being done to the exterior of the building ( no scaffolding) so balconies may be unable to be accessed.
Close to harbour parks yet two minutes walk to large Edgecliff shopping centre, from where it’s a five minute train ride to the famous Kings Cross or a 12 minute ride to the city centre. It’s a 15 minute walk to Kings Cross in one direction and Double Bay in the other and Trumper park and Rushcutters Parks are also a few close by for harbour or bush style walks. Internal laundry. Indoor and outdoor pool. Concierge desk. Close to small local theatres.
