Beautiful house located inner city bayside Melbourne 5km from CBD.

Modern renovated inside with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This is my main residence so it's neat, tidy and well looked after.

Furnishings are modern, stylish and welcoming.

House is on a quiet street with very helpful friendly neighbours if you need something during your stay.

Beautiful little garden in the back yard with mature plants and self watering system.

3 bedrooms
- 1x Queen size bed
- 2 rooms with single beds (2 extra spare mattresses suitable for kids)

1 main bathroom with shower, separate bath and toilet
1 extra toilet separate to main bathroom

Looking for simultaneous swap over school holidays. I am in WA every Xmas to spend time with family, open to other locations on all other school holidays

The things we love about living here

  • Close to public transport (5min walk to 96 tram or 12 tram or 606 bus)
  • 5 tram stops away from South Melbourne Markets
  • Small supermarket and a gourmet grocery store 1 block away - if you prefer to cook
  • Cafes / pub / restaurants one block away
  • Close to Albert Park lake (this is the track that is used for Melbourne Grand Prix). Very popular track to run/walk, one lap approx 4.8km
  • 2 blocks from the beach (less than 500m). Walk towards Port Melbourne or head the other direction towards St Kilda. There's places nearby where you can buy some fish & chips and eat on the beach while watching sunset.
  • Quiet street
  • Close to all amenities, can walk everywhere
  • Small park across the road for young children
