The House

Beautiful house located inner city bayside Melbourne 5km from CBD.

Modern renovated inside with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This is my main residence so it's neat, tidy and well looked after.

Furnishings are modern, stylish and welcoming.

House is on a quiet street with very helpful friendly neighbours if you need something during your stay.

Beautiful little garden in the back yard with mature plants and self watering system.

3 bedrooms
- 1x Queen size bed
- 2 rooms with single beds (2 extra spare mattresses suitable for kids)

1 main bathroom with shower, separate bath and toilet
1 extra toilet separate to main bathroom

Looking for simultaneous swap over school holidays. I am in WA every Xmas to spend time with family, open to other locations on all other school holidays

Close to Albert Park lake (this is the track that is used for Melbourne Grand Prix). Very popular track to run/walk, one lap approx 4.8km
2 blocks from the beach (less than 500m). Walk towards Port Melbourne or head the other direction towards St Kilda. There's places nearby where you can buy some fish & chips and eat on the beach while watching sunset.
