Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Mira Mar, Albany, WA
Our home is in a complex of 18 units in central Albany. 2 bedrooms, study, one bathroom, 2 toilets, laundry covered patio and double garage. We have only been here for 6 months and are slowly (tradie non-availability) renovating. Recently painted and new floor coverings. Small garden that is mostly reticulated. Units are mostly older couples/singles so quiet. Gates to the units close at 7.45 pm but access with gate opener after hours. Lots to do in Albany and nearby, great restaurants, cafes and wineries within an hour. Beaches are beautiful, 3 golf courses and great walks.
