Hi, my name is Alex and I live by the beach with my husband and young daughter. We live 500 m walk from beautiful Parkdale beach in Melbourne and are about 20 km from the CBD. We are a five minute walk from the local train station that goes straight into the city. We live in the beautiful suburb of Parkdale which has lots of different coffee shops and of course beautiful Bayside beach! Our house is a three bedroom house, with open plan, living, and an indoor-outdoor vibe! We have a beautiful garden, deck and outdoor seating and dining table to enjoying the summer nights!

We have a beautifully renovated 1970s brick with three bedrooms and one bathroom. 500m from the beach!
A new kitchen, east facing deck, very close to the train! 2 study rooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is set-up with a queen bed and deck to work from. The third bedroom is setup for our toddler with a cot.
The bathroom and toilet are seperate. The bathroom has a bath/shower.
The house has ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling and ceiling fans.
We have a lovely front porch overlooking the front garden that gets morning sunshine. Our yard features an outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, and our BBQ.
We love art and also have lots of interesting pieces of art around :)

We live a seven minute walk from Mordialloc and Parkdale shops. Both shopping areas have a supermarket, lots of nice cafes and gift shops.
We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station and a seven minute walk to the beautiful beach!!
