My cute little place is a 3 x 1, across the road from one of the biggest parks in the area (Carine Open Space), walking distance (1km) from the Warwick Train Station and Carine Glades Shopping Centre.
It is a 4km drive or bike rise to some of Perth's best snorkelling and swimming beaches and an amazing coastal path. The ferry to Rottnest is close by at Hillary’s Boat Harbour.
The house has a garden that is easy upkeep due to being native plants and an outside deck with motorised blinds.
It has a large office room where you can work, great Wifi and a motorised sit-stand desk (Zen Desk).
There is a double bed and a queen bed. The master bedroom adjoins the bathroom through a connecting door.

My dog will not be there but can be if you are a pet lover.

Across the road from a large parkland area (Carine Open Space) with two different play areas for children, a skate park, walking and cycle trails and horses (not to be fed or petted).
If you are lucky you will see Black Cockatoos playing in the trees.
4km from the coast and fantastic swimming and snorkelling beaches (Mettams Pool, Marmion Angling Club).
A 600m walk to Warwick Train Station and 5 stops to Perth train station where you can easily walk to the Art Gallery and Museum or head into Northbridge. If you want to get to Fremantle or Mandurah it's easy to change trains.
There is a great yoga studio 800m away and a gym at Warwick Grove Shopping Centre 1.7km away.
If a pub is more your style the Carine Tavern is also 800m away and has a restaurant with a childrens' play area.
There is a cinema at Warick Grove Shopping Centre.
