Our house is just 3 years old and looks out over the Serpentine River (circled) yet is just 2 kilometres to Mandurah Forum and 5 minutes drive to the Mandurah foreshore. It has reverse cycle air conditioning, high speed Internet, 75 inch TV, all mod cons, and lock up garage.
It has 2 bedrooms but one is currently used as a storeroom. This could be set up as a single bedroom for longer swaps.
With a secure fenced courtyard and al fresco area your fur baby is welcome inside or outside the house.
