Enjoy a tranquil stay in perfectly located architecturally designed house with garden, moments away from Battersea Park and Thames riverside.
The space - originally a semi detached Victorian villa in a conservation area it has been modernised and extended in recent years and it spacious and full of light (unusual for a Victorian London house)
The house is furnished to a high standard to provide accommodation for up to 8 guests in three generous double bedrooms with master ensuite plus 2 more guests staying on the ground floor in snug on sofa bed.
There are 3 shower rooms, one as a ensuite to master, main family bathroom and a downstairs wet room off the utility.
There is a contemporary kitchen with a separate large dining and living space to the rear and a snug/living space and office to the front. There is a courtyard garden which is flooded with south west light.
There are always plenty of parking spaces on our street or the neighbouring ones. The operating hours of paid parking in the area are 9:30-4:30 Monday to Friday and parking is free outside of these hours.

Neighbourhood highlights
Battersea is a fascinating area, with so much to see and do.
Battersea park is circa 5 mins walk from the house. The park is more than your normal park. It is home to a children's zoo, a lake where during the summer boats can be hired, and fishing is allowed between June & march.
There are cafes, 2 cricket pitches, a trim track, children's adventure playground, various gardens (a winter garden, herb garden, sub-tropical garden, etc), sculptures, including by Henry Moore & Barbara Hepworth and around 4,000 trees.
In addition, there is the Battersea Peace Pagoda, which was gifted by the Venerable Nichidatsu Fuji, who founded the Japanese Buddhist movement.
The iconic Grade II Listed Battersea Power Station is maybe 30 mins walk, through Battersea Park. The Power Station has been reconfigured to provide a fabulous shopping leisure centre, to include 140 shops, bars, restaurants, leisure and entertainment venues, parks and historical spaces. Apple UK have offices within the development. There is even a lift to the a viewing platform at the top of one of the iconic chimneys, affording a 360 degree of London's skyline.
The new US Embassy is a few minutes further on from the Power Station.
Circa 5 mins walk from the house is Battersea Square, and pretty enclave of shops & restaurants including a Gail's bakery, which do fantastic breads, cakes & pastries.
Getting around - Getting around there are a variety of options, train, tube, bus & boat, being by the river, as well as walking, as there is a river footpath is close to house.
Clapham Junction station, is less than a mile away, which gives access to British Rail & London Overground, giving quick & easy access in to central London and beyond, and there are numerous bus routes nearby.
The Thames Clippers boat, sponsored by uber, stops at 24 piers along the Thames between Barking Riverside Pier in the East and Putney Pier in the West. Services run from early in the morning until late at night 7 days a week. There is a stop about 10 mins walk from the apartment, which, travelling east, stops at Chelsea Harbour, Battersea Power Station, Westminster, Blackfriars and numerous others tops, including Canary Wharf.
