Patrick is a professional working in the media sector and Lee has her own Complementary Medicine practice. We have 3 children aged 8-14yrs. All are well versed in travel overseas and within Australia. Our 4 br single level home is on a large, flat block. It is beautifully positioned in a quiet cul de sac overlooking some peaceful bushland. We consider ourselves so lucky as it is situated beside Cullens road, the launch point to a number of renowned beaches - Avoca, Copacabana or Macmasters. All less than 10 mins drive - the choice is yours. There is a main shopping centre and local brewery 2 mins around the corner and cinema at Avoca. There are a range of excellent cafes and resturants to choose from. Our home is also blessed with a beautiful 2yr cobber dog 'Oscar'. We have successfully had many house sitters come to mind our home and Oscar and now we would like to travel places as a family and are seeking to swap homes with people who can also mind Oscar and of course if needed we can mind your pets too. He is a very low maintenance affectionate dog and we've had only positive feedback through pet minding sites when used. Worth noting Patrick grew up on a small farm so has vast experience with machinery and animals.

Our beautiful relaxing family home is nestled in a quiet leafy cul de sac and is the gateway to lots of different options on the Central Coast of NSW. With some of the best surfing beaches, cafes, brewery entertainment and outdoor activities. There's a master bedroom with a queen size bed, a girl's single bedroom and two other boys' rooms with two single beds. Our house opens right up towards the back with the kitchen-living-dining space, which flows out to the small yard and pool. We are more than happy to look after pets, and for you to look after our affectionate dog 'Oscar' too. We love our nest and locale, and I am sure you would love it too.
