I am a mum that runs her own business as a beautician and also love working at aged care facilities pampering the elderly. In my spare time I love playing golf and spending time with friends. I have two sons 15 and 13 that are very well-behaved boys. My partner is an accountant with 2 sons who have moved inter state. Our 3-bedroom house is 9-minute walk to Miranda train station and Miranda Westfield shopping centre. Cronulla beach is a 10-minute train ride, or it is just 40mins to the city to explore the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.

Easy to maintain 3 Bedroom home with ensuite in the master bedroom. Courtyard has both covered and uncovered area with an easy to operate Webber BBQ. Outdoor table and chairs for evening drinks or dinner.
Netflix and Amazon available on the 60-inch TV in the loungeroom. Smaller TVs in main and also 1 of the bedrooms. (both have Netflix).
Air Conditioning in the main loungeroom and fans in all bedrooms.
