Our house is ideally situated just minutes away by bike or car from the stunning Raglan beach and the vibrant town center. A leisurely stroll will take you to the local coffee shop and th nearby estuary.
Inside, you'll find a tidy and comfortable living space featuring a super king bed in the main bedroom, alongside two king single beds in the children’s room. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony that offers tranquil views of the sunrise over our lush neighborhood and Mount Karioi.
The open-plan kitchen and living room lead into a green courtyard equipped with a BBQ and lounge area and at the back of the property, there’s a spacious garden complete with a large trampoline for the kids to expend their energy and have fun.
We have third room upstairs with two desk spaces incl. monitors, keyboards if you require a place to work. Otherwise, we may use this room to store personal items during the swap. Via an internal staircase you can access the downstairs studio, which hosts a kitchenette, dining/living area and a separate bedroom with and ensuite.
We’re happy for you to use our skateboards, surfboards, and two e-bikes to get around. The gate at the driveway entrance ensures a secure environment for younger children to roam freely, giving you peace of mind as they explore.
