We are a single parent family with 3 children (2 boys aged 12 and 9, and one girl aged 4). We enjoy an active lifestyle and love going on holidays and spending time together. We have a lovely 4 bedroom home nestled between the beaches and the hinterland, located in the Tweed Coast/Northern Rivers. We are looking for swaps within school holidays or weekend away.

We have a large, sun-filled family home in the beautiful Tweed Coast/Northern Rivers area. Located in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood with a great sized yard including a pool, swing set and trampoline.
Our home has 4 bedrooms (3 large bedrooms- Master with a king size bed and oversized ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a double bed and king single, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed. The 4th bedroom has bunk beds (suitable for 1 child only)
Large, fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, overlooking the outdoor entertaining area and pool.
Main bathroom, with separate toilet, bath and shower.
Multiple living spaces, with a formal lounge room, dining room and separate living room
Air con in the master bedroom and living room and fans in the bedrooms.
Single garage and plenty of space to park on the driveway or street.

Banora Point is a quiet suburb in the Tweed Coast region located along the Tweed River. It is in the most northern part of NSW, within 10 minutes to the QLD border.
For beach goers, you will love that our home is located within a 10 minute drive to beautiful beaches, including Kingscliff, Cabarita, Rainbow Bay, Snapper Rocks, and Kirra beach. These beaches are popular for surfing and have great restaurants, cafes and pubs nearby.
The picturesque Tweed River is on our doorstep and is great for water based activities including fishing, boating, and water skiing.
For the adventurous, the theme parks (Movie World etc) are only a 40 minute drive away! The Gold Coast hinterland also has amazing bush walking trails
Travelling south, Byron Bay is only 30 minutes away!
Our location provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafes, pubs and nightclubs.
