We are a family of 4 who love the great outdoors! Andy is an engineer and I'm (Nerrida) a social worker. When we aren't working or commuting our children Oliver (14) and Saffron (12) to soccer, we love to spend time in nature. Orienteering, mountain biking and bush walking are our favourite things to do. Our preferred holidays are exploring quiet, less travelled destinations and discovering their hidden gems. Our elderly dog will be cared for elsewhere. We love and care for our home and we would look after yours too!

Our home is situated in the Perth hills suburb of Glen Forrest. The main bedroom has an ensuite. As well as the master bedroom you would have access to our children's bedrooms and a spare room which has a queen size sofa bed with TV. In the kitchen/dining area there are bi-fold doors that lead onto a large patio area - great for eating outdoors in summer. For the young at heart there is a zipline, trampoline, basketball hoop and table tennis table in the backyard. The back patio receives frequent visits from birds and Quendas (bandicoot family), as well as the occasional bobtail.

Our house is situated in the Perth hills - a 35 -minute drive east of the Perth CBD. The region is noted for great country pubs and lots of bush walking and mountain biking trails.
Lake Leschenaultia is a 20-minute drive away and is a great place to BBQ, swim, canoe, SUP, bushwalk, orienteer and mountain bike. The townships of Mundaring (10 min drive) and Kalamunda (20 min drive) offer markets (fresh produce and craft), shops, art galleries and museums. The nearest public swimming pool is a 3-minute drive.
Within walking distance of our home are several restaurants and cafes, a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, oval, tennis courts and sports club (lawn bowls). A bus service to the nearest towns runs hourly and the stop is 300m away.
We are located 500m meters from John Forrest National Park where numerous beautiful walking and mountain biking trails can be found.
