New build spacious family home with indoor/ outdoor flow in private street consisting of 6 other properties. 5 minute drive to Cromwell. Plenty of off street parking. 40 minute drive to Queenstown - Wānaka - Alexandra.

The things we love about living here

Cromwell is known as “The Hub” because of its close proximity to the above Resort Towns listed above. Our house is placed on a large section overlooking the snow capped mountains.
