House Swap with me

Single, love new places and new experiences. I am an Undergraduate BA Archaeology student and have excavated in Italy and in Australia. My first house exchange was on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai for six weeks right on the beach. Since that first experience, for 25 years, I have exchanged our house in Australia for houses in Europe and the UK. Looking forward to many more exchanging adventures overseas and closer to home through Aussie House Swaps.

The House

The House

A spacious, light filled, one level 14-year-old 4 x 3 house we have set it up as 2 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and a stand-alone, wheel chair accessible bathroom with a shower and a claw bath. Another bedroom is used as a mini gym. There is also a room we use as a study for working from home.
There is a guest toilet, a huge kitchen family room, an alfresco kitchen under cover in the North facing back patio and a quiet sitting room. Land is 356square meters with green title.

The garden is easy care , reticulated.
There is a salt chlorinated pool totally secure at the back of the property. At the moment it is winterised, too cold for swimming. I'll open it again if needed.
The house is halfway between Fremantle and Perth CBD, the bus to either is 3 minutes walk away, shops, doctor, public library, chemist etc are also 3 minutes walk away.

There is a double lock up garage, space for another car on the verge.
