Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Seaford, Sussex, England, East Sussex
Having retired (from University and Primary education sectors), we are enjoying the opportunity to travel more extensively. We have previously spent time in Sydney visiting our two nieces. Now that two great-nieces are due to arrive, we hope to spend longer in the city so that we can get to know the additions to the family.

Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, our home is a traditional English detached house, built in the 1930s. In the thirty years we have lived here, we have regularly modernised the house, but also kept period features such as original doors and picture rails.
There are two double bedrooms, one with a small ensuite shower room. The third, small bedroom will be used as storage. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor, and an additional toilet downstairs. We have a spacious kitchen/diner, and a comfortable sitting room, with cosy open fire for chilly evenings. An additional room is currently used as office space/relaxation area. There is a double sofa bed for occasional guests.
The kitchen leads onto a decked area with table, chairs and sofas, and BBQ. Automatic awnings provide useful shade so the area can be used throughout the day. The driveway at the front of the house has space for two cars.
