We are keen to share our architecturally designed, award winning hempcrete home built in 2021. The design is passive solar so is cosy in winter and cool in summer. Upstairs has one bedrom with king size bed and bathroom. There is a combined lounge dining and modern kitchen with north facing windows. The balcony has extendable table and chairs for entertaining with views over the trees to the Indian Ocean, wonderful sunsets and Fremantle Port.
Downstairs is a second bedroom with queen bed and office combined with bathroom and laundry next door. There is a lush garden.
The upstairs level is easily accessable via external stairs and ramp.
