We are a family of 4. My husband, Tony and I, Louise, have 2 teenagers still at home. We live just outside of Launceston in the beautiful Tamar valley. We love exploring and visiting new places however we have family interstate who we would love to visit and arranging a house swap would make this possible.

Modern Farmhouse on the Tamar River. Our home is set on 5 acres on the Tamar River. It has a small vineyard and 8 chickens.
It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops and a 20 minute drive to Launceston.
The house is a 4 bedroom home, 1 x King Bed, 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Double bed and 2 single beds. There is an ensuite off the main bedroom.
There is a large open living area with a wood burner. A second living area with an open fireplace, x box and wii. There is a covered entertaining area outside alongside a heated pool. In the garage is a basketball hoop, pool table, ping pong table and darts.

Drive to Hillwood Berry Farm, Brisdestowe Lavender Farm, Greens Beach, Beaconsfield Mine. Close to Launceston restaurants and the Gorge.
