Hi, We are first timers to Aussie House Swap and we are really looking forward to sharing our wonderful home with other like-minded families. We are a family of four, with one child nearly 18, so call it 3 adults and 1 child (age 12). We are open to any destination in Australia and abroad. We are a respective, honest family and we love enjoying new experiences. I am a business professional working in Banking and Finance and FMCG industries and my wife is a sole trader hairdresser. We love holidays and new adventures. We would warmly welcome any enquiry for a simultaneous house swap during any of the school holiday periods and weekend's if it's it close enough to Sydney (3 to 4 hr) max. Our preferred swap dates are within school holidays, we are looking for house swaps during Oct and Dec/Jan at least 1 to 2 weeks. We look forward to hearing from you.

A beautiful home situated in Como NSW which is located in the Sutherland Shire. Our house is a fully renovated double-storey house,
Downstairs: Has 2 large bedrooms, 1 king single bed in bedroom 1 and a double in the second bedroom.
There is a large media room with 4 full reclining seats where you can totally relax and watch movies and also great for kids to chill and play X-box. The media room is sound proofed so you can enjoy a movie and not disturb thy rest of the family.
The heart and soul of the house is the kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens to another outside entertaining area. With 2.5m high ceilings this area is luxurious and has been decorated and styled beautifully. Complete with a hidden laundry and TV this area is the hub of the home.
There is a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bath for the downstairs area.
Up-stairs: is a parent's sanctuary, a 50-meter squared space to retreat and unwind when you need to get away. There is a study area with a desk and huge monitor, a day bed which also doubles as a bed with a trundle and a 60-inch TV. The master bedroom has a queen size bed,
a lux ensuite with a cute bath, seperate shower and bath with a rain head and handheld attachment as well as a walk in robe.
The front of the house is fully fenced and secure and great for kids (has soccer golas), the backyard has an above ground pool and another separate entertaining area with an outside TV. Our house is great and functional for all seasons, we swim in the summer and spend beautiful nights by the fire in winter.
