Hey there, We are a young(ish) family of 5. My wife and I are in our 40s, our twin boys have just entered their teens and our little girl is already nearly 9! We also have our 4 year old Cavoodle, Savannah (or Savvy) who we would like to take with us for long-term swaps, but can organise a pet sitter for short term swaps. We love to travel and have a keen sense of adventure and are open to relocating interstate for up to 3-12 months with a house swap, and also for short-term arrangements. We are currently looking for a house swap for 3-12 months in the Gold Coast but can be flexible with dates and swap lengths.

Our home is based in Tempe, the inner west of Sydney, which is just the next suburb away from Marrickville, Enmore and Newtown. Tempe has an amazing family community and very safe neighbourhood.
We are also close to the airport, a short drive from the amazing beaches in the Eastern Suburbs and less than 10km away from the Sydney CBD (just 3 train stations away from Central Station).
Plenty of supermarkets and shopping centres are close by.
Our home is a renovated 4 bedroom home (although we may use one bedroom for storage if it's not required). We have 2 bathrooms, parking and a beautiful plunge pool to keep you cool in the warmer months.

Our home is located in a quiet street, just a short walk from the train station. We are close enough to make a quick dash to the station but far enough away not to hear any train noises.
We are just a short walk away from Wolli Creek where you can find Woolworths, Aldi, a huge Asian supermarket and the small village of Wolli Creek where you have plenty of options for dining out.
In the other direction, there is Marrickville which has even more options to choose from if you were after somewhere to dine out or grab some take-away.
Ikea and Decathlon are also just up the road.
The Tempe Hotel is a nice pub which has recently reopened after undergoing some renovations.
Col Jones is a fantastic swimming school in the local area.
There are also several child care centres which are just a short stroll away and plenty of parks in the area with great playgrounds.

Vinnie and his family were the perfect guests, they left our house spotless, where excellent communicators and all around great humans. Their house in Tempe was perfect - so close to public transport, close to shops and parks and was neat, spacious and the pool is amazing too. Cannot recommend Vinnie and family more.
