Our country cottage is in the quiet small village of Burringbar Northern NSW. We are 30 minutes from Byron Bay and 20 minutes from Mullumbimby. The beautiful rail trail is within walking distance. Our home is super private and cosy with a beautiful garden that sits on a creek. You can sit on the verandah and watch the cows in the paddock across the creek. We adore dogs and welcome them inside and out; fully and securely fenced.

Nestled in nature, our home is our sanctuary.
It features hardwood floors, a living area with fireplace and reverse cycle AC and looks out over greenery from all angles. 40 inch Apple smart TV with starlink. There is no free to air tv. The kitchen has a coffee machine and gas stove. There is a Weber with pizza stone outside.
The veranda wraps around the house and there are 2 gates for dog safety. The whole property is fully fenced so even a tiny dog will not be able to escape! The garden is beautiful and you’re welcome to eat fresh organic herbs and vegetables from the beds.
The bedroom has a king sized firm sleeping duck bed with linen bedding, casement windows and reverse cycle AC.
There is a study with an ensuite for those who need to do some work.
The main bathroom has a claw foot bath with a shower and separate toilet.
The garden has lots of room for dogs to zoom around in and your dogs are welcome inside the home.
You can walk to the gorgeous Teakwood cafe in just a minute and your dogs are very welcome there too.
15 minutes drive to New Brighton dog beach or 10 minutes drive to Wooyung beach where you can also take dogs but it’s on lead.
We keep a very clean home and our aircons and blinds are cleaned regularly.
We are interested in swapping with couples who have dogs and dog friendly homes.
This house isn’t suited for kids due to the creek.
